With simple words and pictures, here is a tour of the 5 Key features of the myEchat software : the live site monitor, the live chat or live
customer support, creation and access to the visitor’s profile, the reporting functionality and the setup & customization of many myEchat features.

A visitor’s profile is a list of all the information collected from the visitor. This list includes 1/ personal data such as name, address and all related identification
fields, 2/ a complete and very detailed list of all the visits made to your site, 3/ orders information such as the total purchased amount and the total number of items
purchased from your store and 4/ the list of all chat transcripts from the chats the visitor had with the chat operators of your store. All these informations are
important, they can help you understand who this visitor is and give him a priority in service if that visitor is a repeat buyer for example.

Automatic profile creation
|
|
As soon as a user visits your site, a personal profile of that visitor is created and saved in the myEchat
database. This profile contains a set of information related to his personal identification (name, address,...), his visits, his browser/OS
type, his chat history(transcripts) and his past orders placed on your site (total and #items purchased).

Add custom fields in profiles
|
|
Personal indentification includes the typical fields such as name and address but can also include custom fields
that can be added using the admin panel profile customization interface.

All visits activity saved
|
|
Each time a visitor comes to your site all the details of his visit are saved in his profile. His profile includes
a matrix that is
listing all these visits. For each visit the matrix indicates the visit#, the site visited, and the duration of the visit (see visitor ‘s profile snapshot).
By clicking on any visit listed you will get another window that will display all the details of that particular visit including, the time,
duration, specific URL page, page title as well as the IP address, city and coutry this visit was made from.

All chat sessions saved
|
|
All chat sessions conducted with site visitors are saved as chat transcripts and can be accessed thru the visitor’s
profile (“Chat Transcripts” TAB) or via the admin panel dynamic reporting functions. These sessions can be read, purged or forwarded by email.
The transcripts are also search-able. From the Chat transcripts TAB interface you can search all the chat transcripts and find all the one that
include a particular keyword.
