Our Ecommerce platform includes hundreds of features, however a store owner may have to provide a very specific service to his customers and needs to
perform a “custom made’ change to his online store. It may be related to the look and feel of the web site, or could be a brand new functionality that requires

Most of the requests that we receive have to do with custom changes to existing functionalities of our ecommerce platform, however it does not have to. For
example a “store locator” function would be a brand new module.

The first step is to define your needs and build a clear specification of what is to be developed or customized. This step if the work of our sales team. They
will work with you to help you express your project requirements.
Once approved, the specification will be used to create a new project entity. Our project manager office will then assign your project to a developer and
provides you with a start and finish date. All these steps are recorded and available to you directly on your Helpdesk account.
Once development and QA testing are completed, your new application will be installed on one of our test server so you can review it before final delivery is made to you.
