1. Email/Newsletter Marketing campaign
myEbiz includes a plugin to the world renowned email marketing platform MailChimp which allows users to subscribe to your MailChimp account right from your store. It also allows you to track all purchases made from clicks made thru your Newsletters.
2. Create ad-tracking codes
Create a special unique code which is added to your PPC and Banners ad campaign URLs that allow you to track all visit details made using these URLs.
3. AD Tracking
Detailed statistics provided for all ad campaigns, including # of visits, # of orders, # Items purchased, gross total, and more. All data is searchable and exportable.
4. Incentive, Special Offer and Bonus system
Build special offers like "Buy 2 pants - Get a free shirt". Provide your customers with the ability to get free gifts, bonus points, free shipping, discounts and privileged memberships. Customers can go online to convert all their earned bonus points into a Gift Certificate.
5. Froogle - Google Base, YAHOO, BING
Automatically or manually export all your products to the Yahoo, BING or Froogle/GoogleBase site. These "Product Search" sites can help you to drive traffic and sales to your store.

Provide special users ("Partners") the ability to earn commissions by directing visitors to your site from banners and/or links that they place on their websites. You pay them a percentage or a flat rate when a sale is made. All sales and commissions are carefully monitored.

With the addition of the MailChimp plugin to your myEbiz store you get the ability of synchronizing all your subscribers and mailing list with a complete email marketing solution. Mailchimp is an easy and affordable but a very powerful tool that is used by small and large online merchants with multimillion annual sales.

MailChimp is a stable and reliable email marketing platform that provides excellent reporting and and easy integration with Google Analytics.
Key Features included:
Syncing subscribers and mailing lists between myEbiz and MailChimp: When a new profile gets created, when a profile is updated. or at checkout time.
"E-Commerce 360" supported - Match sales and Newsletters, get your conversion rates and calculate your email marketing campaign ROI. (can be used in combination with the myEbiz tracking mechanism - see section 3 below).
Mailing lists can be enabled/disabled/updated right in myEbiz - you can enable/disable the mailing lists that you want to use right from your myEbiz store admin back-end.
Newsletters sent from MailChimp can be published in your myEbiz "News" section (Using the built-in myEbiz "News management" module)

2. Create ad-tracking coding
This tool is a tracking code creator. It allows you to generate unique codes that you can associate to PPC, banner or other type of Ad Campaigns URLs.

If your campaign destination URL is for example http://www.domain.com and the code created is ‘a1b2c3’
Then the URL you would use in your campaign would be:

http://www.domain.com?ac=a1b2c3

This tracking module will then record every single visit and purchase made to your store using these "enriched" URLs.
Because this tracking code is associated with a name, you can use the statistics tracking interface (see next section) to easily find out the # of visits made, orders placed and even # of total Items purchased via that Ad Campaign.

3. AD Tracking
The Ad Tracking tool is an interface used to track visit statistics for all your ad campaigns (Newsletter, PPC, Banners or other type).

When an Internet user makes a visit to your store using a URL (i.e: http://www.domain.com?ac=a1b2c3) which include a unique trackable code generated by the tracking code tool, then all the details of the visit are recorded and will be associated with the name of the corresponding campaign.

For each Ad Campaign this tool will record the # of visits, the # of orders placed, the total number of Items purchased, the Gross total and also the Net Total. The Net total is the Gross total excluding all gift certificates and discount coupons amount.

All information displayed is exportable to a CSV file.

4. Incentive, Special Offer and  Bonus system
Boost your sales by providing your customers with the ability to benefit from special offers or promotions. These special promotions can help you attract more visitors to your site.

Using these offers you can provide discounts on the order placed and/or bonus points and/or Free shipping and/or products for free and even reward them by offering a free membership subscription.
Build special offers such as "Buy 2 pants - Get a free shirt" or "Free shipping for all order over $50.00". The offer can be conditioned on:
Type and/or quantity of product purchased
The membership level of the customer
Amount of the Cart subtotal
Customer geographical location
# of bonus points already earned by the customer
Once you are done specifying the precondition(s) of the offer, it will be time to provide the corresponding reward(s):
You can offer as many a 5 types of rewards that can all be combined :
Discount on Cart subtotal (flat rate or percentage)
Free shipping
Bonus points
Free product
Grant membeship
When we say 'combined', it means that for a particular offer you could, for example, give free shipping as well as some Bonus points.

This tool also:
- Provides a user-friendly interface that your customers can use to convert their earned Bonus points into a gift certificate.
- Let you automatically display(or not) all special-offers on top of every page of your store.

5. Froogle / Google Base
The integrated Froogle/GoogleBase module is a tool that you can use to manually or automatically submit product feeds to the product search engines of Google, Yahoo or Bing.

A product feed is basically a text file with a special format that contains all informations about the products offered for sale by a given online store.

This product feed module will help you extract data from all the products of your store and generate this product feed. It will then automatically transfer it on the product search engine site. All you have to do is configure your product feed module with proper login account credentials. It is of course recommended to make regular submission so your product listing remains accurate and up to date.
You could also do an export of this file to your local computer and make changes to it before doing a manual submission to the product search engine site.

6. Affiliate Partners program
This module brings to your store all the benefit and advantages of "Affiliate Marketing".

Affiliate marketing is an internet marketing tactic in which online stores reward its "affiliates" for each customer sent by the affiliate's advertising effort.

With this module you can provide special users (called "Partners") the ability to earn commissions by directing visitors to your site from banners and/or links that they place on their websites. You pay them a percentage or a flat rate when an order is placed. All sales and commissions are carefully monitored.

How it works:
- First you would need to create your affiliate plan(s) (see picture above)
- Then you need to create some text links and/or set of banner that will be used by your Partners, these will remain saved on your store database.
- Any visitor to your site can go to your affiliate page and register for Free to become a partner of your store.
- Once you receive their application, you review it and if approved, you will assign that "partner" one of your "affiliate plan".
- Once approved, they can LOG-into their account and access the banner/link section. They can grab either a text link or banner link which basically are portion of HTML code that contain a URL to connect back to your store but also and most importantly a unique code ID that is 'their' Partner ID.
- Then they post these links on their site.
- If one of their site visitor click on any of these links to visit and make a purchase on your store, then their commission account will be credited with either a flat or percentage of the order (you decide how much).

Then, either regularly of when their accounts reach some threshold, you will issue a payment to your partners. Usually after the return period for products sold is over.
