Terms for working with myEcommerce.
These terms outline how myEcommerce provides software engineering, data engineering, QA, and support services. They are written as a practical starting point and should be reviewed by legal counsel before use as final legal terms.
1. Services
myEcommerce provides software engineering, data engineering, QA validation, technical consulting, implementation support, and related services described in an approved project proposal or statement of work.
2. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access, accurate requirements, source materials, business rules, credentials, approvals, and feedback needed for delivery.
3. QA and acceptance
Deliverables are tested against agreed acceptance criteria. Client review and acceptance may be required before production launch, ongoing support, or additional phases begin.
4. Support
24/7 support availability applies to active support agreements. Response priorities, channels, maintenance windows, and exclusions may be defined in the applicable agreement.
5. Confidentiality and data
Each party should protect confidential information, client data, credentials, business processes, and proprietary materials using reasonable security practices.
6. Changes and limitations
Scope changes, timelines, fees, warranties, liability limits, termination rights, and ownership terms should be documented in the applicable agreement or statement of work.
