How to change the content and Items of an existing order?
Your store provides you with an ‘Order management’ module that you can use to modify an order content after the order has been placed. To be able to modify the orders
placed in your store you first need to enable the ‘Order management’ module, then go into the order details page and click the [Modify] button. A list of links
provided on top of the order details page will display and can be used to edit different section of the order.
Enabling the ‘Advanced Order Management’ module
To enable the ‘Order Management’ module go to the modules page by selecting the ’Modules’ option from the ’OTHER SETTINGS’ menu section :
Then select the ‘Order management’ module check box:
then click the [Update] button at the bottom of the page.
Modify an existing order
To modify the content of an existing order, you should first go in the order details page. A page like the one below should display:
click on the [Modify] button and the following interface will display:
Using the 'modify order' links:
Edit ordered products:
Use this link to modify the existing list of products included in the order. You can modify ordered products and you can also delete or add new products to the order.
Edit ordered Gift Certificates: Edit any Gift Certificate if this order includes any.
Edit customer information: Use this link to edit the customer billing or shipping information.
Edit order totals:
Use this link to edit the order totals. You can change the shipping method used, the payment method, the discount applied and even add or modify an existing coupon.
When you are done with all changes, do not forget to click on the [Save] button otherwise all changes will be lost.
